Gravity is a training method developed back in the 70s. A central multipurpose device for a complete workout of the bodies weight and gravity. Training is based on everyday movement. Training that benefits and combine all the methods together (Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics and Strength Training), all with an emphasis on posture and proper body maintenance. Spinning classes are held in groups of up to 14 trainees at a time. An energetic pace and highly effective fat burning class for everyone and for those who wish to raise the pulse and enjoy all the benefits of cycling.
